The advantage and benefit of cooperation in networks lies in the common development of ideas and concepts, that enable more innovative problem solving strategies, more relevance in regard of targeted problems and furthermore an increase in acceptance when implementing the common purposes.

The integration of different perceptions as well as the involvement of all relevant actors promises new, functional and better concepts to eliminate inequality and discrimination on the labour market.

The cooperation within the network Pro EnterpriSE on transnational level regarding the key issues “support of foundation of businesses for special target groups” promise a real added value for the project partners. Due to the different national experiences and competences of the partners from France (CAP Entrepreneur), Portugal (BI Inova), Spain (GERTU) and Germany (www.arbeit) an enrichment of all conceptions and strategies becomes possible.
